Osbit is a offshore engineering company specialising in the oil & gas, subsea and renewable sectors.

Operating globally and working with high-profile clients, Osbit’s business is built around a flawless record of delivering projects on spec, budget and in time.

We began work with Osbit in 2015 on a full rebrand of the business and since then have provided ongoing marketing support.

Rebranding Osbit

With a brief of creating a bold, progressive identity for Osbit, we first carried out an audit of the Osbit brand. This allowed us to align the company’s internal and external values, tone of voice and message.

The audit included market competitor research, customer wants and needs, developing a vision statement, brand ideal and tone of voice. This fed into a plan that would dictate how we would apply and market the new brand.

Applying the new brand

We created a bold and progressive identity for the business. The evolution of the identity takes cues from Osbit’s progressive, bold approach to their work and their highly personalised client relationships.

The new brand was then applied across all aspects of the business, including website, stationary, signage, brochures and exhibition stands.

Creating a unified brand

We created guidelines for the application of the logo, ensuring consideration is given to surrounding white space. This allows identity to stand alone, appearing bold and confident.

We developed a dynamic cog marque to support the identity. This illustrates the brand’s flexible and bespoke approach to solving clients problems. It gives each piece of collateral its own unique stamp and has the flexibility to be applied across all marketing material.

We provided artistic direction for all new photography and placed importance on Osbit’s team and showcased the complexity and attention to detail involved in their work.
